I was just thinking about how I feel guilty about wanting comments and favorites and people to watch and visit my page... I'm feeling guilty because it's one of those things people consider "popularity craving" and get totally bashed for it.

But then I was thinking about why I wanted these things...and in the end I shouldn't feel guilty because it's what a lot of people want. I want all of that stuff because I'm eager for opinions. Whether someone likes it or dislikes it. It's not the attention I want, but rather peoples opinions and criticism.

Unfortunately...if you're not awesome, you don't even get simple opinions on how you can improve anything. You have to be good (or just have a lot of friends) to get that type of "attention" from other artists. I wish people would see that no one is truly bad at anything art; because art is what you use to express yourself and how can you be bad at expressing your OWN feelings?

Some people have their own styles. Because it's not a style you think is good, does that make the art bad? My photos aren't the greatest, but they are to preserve the wonderful memories and sights I've experienced.
